THE TALENT
In the summer of 2021, Cosmic Outlaws formed as a duo consisting of Ben Jarrad & Jes Schneider. Having both played guitar since their elementary years, they share a strong passion for the love and tradition of music. Taking influences from the psychedelic country of Doug Sahm, to Doc Watson, The Band, Grateful Dead, Jimi Hendrix. Also, modern acts like Futurebirds, Black Keys & Delta Spirit. They have divulged into a style of smooth melodies & sweet harmonies. Cosmic Outlaws has been performing regionally around Texas & opening for acts such as Soul Asylum, Shake Russell, & Patrice Pike.
THE BAR
Opened in November 2020, Cowboy Surfer is a casual bar in Memorial City, Houston keeping its namesake culture alive through drinks, eats, live music and art.
