About the Performer
A native of Andrews, South Carolina, Latoya Marie is a creative force who believes in making everything she touches beautiful. She began singing as a child with her family group, The Bateman Family, where she developed her gift as both a singer and songwriter. Together, they’ve shared stages with some of gospel music’s biggest names, appeared on The Bobby Jones Showcase, and recently released their album We Always Win, now streaming on all platforms.
Latoya now calls Wilmington, Delaware home, where she’s the proud owner of Glorious Beauty Salon and Boutique and has worked in the beauty industry for over 20 years. Affectionately known as “Ms. Glorious Everything,” she pours her creativity into singing, styling, and crafting — always shining with purpose and passion.
Her life motto comes from Philippians 4:13 — “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.”
