Returning by popular demand after wowing packed audiences in June and August - Alan Lovell, lead singer and lead guitarist of the Swinging Blue Jeans!!!The Swinging Blue Jeans of course are famed for their worldwide chart-topper "Hippy Hippy Shake" and many other huge hits like "Good Golly Miss Molly", "You're No Good", "Don't Make Me Over" and "It's Too Late Now".
Alan and the Swinging Blue Jeans perform on many major tours of the UK and Europe at leading theatres and other top music venues.
He was the right hand man to founder members of The Swinging Blue Jeans, Ray Ennis and Les Braid. Ray announced his retirement from the group in 2010 and Les sadly passed away in 2005.
Alan started his career in the early Sixties and has toured and recorded with many top name acts such as Marty Wilde, PJ Proby and Denny Laine to name but a few.
In the lounge/bar of the Amersham White Eagle Club - formerly the Amersham Polish Club.
Large dance area.
