Shifting from pop/rock to a folksy Americana vibe, Jaeger digs deep, opening his heart and telling stories the way close friends do. Born and raised in Tulsa and living for a year in India, Jaeger ultimately called Nashville home for eight years before heading to Redding, California. It’s this away-from-Nashville move—in the opposite direction of what most artists are doing—that has coincided with his move to a new sound and more introspective vibe. When he’s not making music, he’s likely out kayaking, paddle boating, or hiking in the life-giving mountains that surround him. For Jaeger, it’s a season of slowing down, simplifying life, and believing that the best is yet to come.
