Ladies of Whelley, Aspull, Wigan and surrounding areas, we have a fabulous Infinite Women session for you on Sunday 19th May from 10:30am at the home of Cheryl Ball in Whelley.The session is going to be looking at how we can Live Life Fuly & Love Yourself with Rachel Salmon.
Rachel is an avid follower and researcher of self help, especially Louise Hay, she was given the book, ‘You can heal your life’ at 19 (1985) and was completely hooked.
Rachel says "I loved Louise Hay's approach and her strategies, I’ve followed her and her teaching’s ever since. I later became a Louise Hay teacher in 2014 and have also studied Neurolinguistic Programming ( practitioner level) and trained in Angelic Usui Reiki becoming a Master Teacher.:
Rachel has also spent many years teaching and practicing meditation and delivering stress busting classes.
Rachel will share about the reasons behind us not living life fully, how we self sabotage and how our thoughts and thinking processes contribute to this and how they impact on our stress levels.
She will help us to understand how to unravel some of our own negative thought patterns and how these need addressing to stop the self sabotage.
She will help us to understand how stress manifests in the body and how our body can trigger our mind ending up in a negative cycle.
To help us learn to overcome this she will share some of the key teaching‘s from Louise Hay, including why and how they work and how to implement them in our lives in order to love ourselves more and how this all links to the Law of Attraction.
Sessions at this venue book up quickly so it is advisable to book early to avoid disappointment.
Sessions cost £10 for an hour with the guest speaker, refreshments and time for socialising.
