Class Structure:
Fortnightly Sessions: Starting September 9, 2024, our classes meet every two weeks so you can have time to deepen your knowledge and ensure ongoing support and progress. Morning & evening classes available.
Accessible Techniques: Each session is designed to fit seamlessly into your busy life, providing practical tools and exercises you can use immediately.
Overview of sessions
You will learn 2 foundational practices that should be a way of life for everyone with busy lives:
- How to breathe correctly to calm the nervous system. This can be done when you’re out and about as well as at home.
- How to develop ‘somatic awareness’. This is a foundational practice along with breathing and is essential to be able to live a life InBalance with your body and mind.
Emotions, stress and tension cannot be separated from how you breath and move your body. We can instantly tell how someone is feeling by the way they breathe and move.
Each session also has a movement section blending somatic movement and bioenergetics. These movements are accessible to anyone- whether you’re new to movement or experienced. They are made to identify and release physical tension in the body and are used to recognise physical sensations and connect them to your feelings and past stressful or traumatic events so that you can work through them.

- Session 2: Overbreathing (23rd Sep)
- Session 3: 7 key areas of Stress & Nose V Mouth Breathing (7th Oct)
- Session 4: Neuroplasticity (21st Oct)
- Session 5: Vagus Nerve Activation (4th Nov)
- Session 6: Reducing Overthinking (18th Nov)
- Session 7: Self-Sabotage and Burnout (2nd Dec)
- Session 8: Deep Dive into Emotions (16th Dec)
