Corey Medina is Diné (Navajo), based in the north woods of Anishinaabe country in Bemidji, MN. He’s the first musician in his family, a singer, songwriter, guitarist, and the lead vocalist for his band, Corey Medina & Brothers. The band has been drawing packed rooms across the upper Midwest and building a loyal following one show at a time. Corey’s sound is grounded by the blues and pushed forward by life experience, gritty, emotional, and honest. The music reflects lived experience, the hard moments and the humor, and it brings people together to enjoy themselves and actually feel the music.
