🧛♂️ About the Film
Nosferatu (1922) is a legendary silent horror film and an unauthorized adaptation of Bram Stoker’s Dracula. The story follows Thomas Hutter as he travels to Transylvania to meet the sinister Count Orlok — only to uncover the truth behind the pale, rat-like vampire.
With its striking use of shadow, innovative cinematography, and the unforgettable performance by Max Schreck, Nosferatu remains a terrifying landmark in film history.
🎼 About Wanderwelle
Wanderwelle, the creative duo of Alexander Bartels and Phil van Dulm, operate at the intersection of experimental music, film, photography, and installation art. Their vinyl releases and atmospheric performances have captivated audiences in venues like Royal Theater Carré.
Their 2023 film The Four Nightmares was selected for the Golden Calf and Debut Competition at the Netherlands Film Festival. Until April 2025, their acclaimed exhibition Phantasmopolis haunted the Amsterdam City Archives.
Currently, the duo is working on their first full-length experimental documentary, Misery Blvd.
