11:30-12:30 Sandor Katz - Pao-Cai Fermentation Workshop
Sandor Katz, also known as the Fermentation Guru, is a New York native and graduate of Brown University.
His interest in fermentation grew out of his overlapping interests in cooking, nutrition and gardening.
Since 2003 when his book Wild Fermentation was published, he has taught hundreds of workshops demystifying fermentation and empowering people to reclaim this important transformational process in their kitchens. The New York Times calls him “one of the unlikely rock stars of the American food scene.”
He will be teaching all about ancient Chinese Pao-Cai vegetable fermentation.
Sandor's latest book, Fermentation Journeys, will also be available to purchase on site.
12:30-13:30 Camille Knowles - My Journey to Glowing Skin
Published author and founder of The Beauty of Eczema skincare range, Camille Knowles, will also join us and tell us about her amazing journey with CNM.
As a CNM Natural Chef you will learn how to make delicious food that offers therapeutic benefits. You will also learn how to turn these skills into a career.
