Matching Drapes:
Matching Drapes is an indie rock/post-punk band with roots in Berlin and Reykjavík. The
six-piece delivers a genre-defying sound through bold performances and atmospheric experimentation.
Formed in 2023 by their two frontwomen, the band draws inspiration from artists like
NewDad, Wet Leg, and Amyl and The Sniffers, blending witty, oddly specific lyrics with post-punk rawness and infectious indie rock melodies. Matching Drapes challenges misogynistic stereotypes, using their music for empowerment and creative rebellion.
Tófa:
Tófa emerges from its den, hungry for prey.
Female-fronted noise-punk band influenced by long books and vicious animals. Their music is the deranged result of happy people doing angry things and embodies the animal after which the band is named. Tófa: cute and cuddly on the outside but vicious and bloodthirsty on the inside.
