Come join us on Friday, April 11, for Fort Worth Swing Dance Syndicate's first live band of 2025, with the Nitty Gritty Jazz Band!!! Come dance to AMAZING live music from 9-11. Doors open at 7:30 for open practice, classes start at 8pm, and the live music starts at 9pm. For this fundraiser, FWSDS is partnering with Bubb Fundraising, a fundraising service for churches, schools, and other non-profits. We are inviting everyone to bring items which they would like to donate for recycling.A complete list of items eligible for donation can be found on Bubb Fundraising's website (https://bubbfundraising.com/bubb-fundraising-item-list). These include electronics, household items, clothing and accessories, sporting goods, musical instruments, office equipment, and much more! Please take a look at the website for the full list (plus requirements for item condition).
We will also be having an intermediate class at 8pm in the side room, which will be week 1 of our progressive Collegiate Shag class, taught by Marc Baschin Brigette Marquardt. More details will be posted on the FWSDS facebook page at a later date.
