The Winter 2026 Trolley Tour features neighborhoods in Southeast Baltimore City!
Live Baltimore's Trolley Tour is for buyers at ALL stages of the homebuying process. You do not need to be buying a home soon to benefit from this free, in-person informative event.
At Trolley Tour, you'll:
- Attend expert-led workshops on the homebuying process
- Connect with real estate professionals and community organizations in the City Living Fair
- Explore 10+ Southeast Baltimore neighborhoods on a narrated bus tour
- AND become eligible for $5,000 toward the purchase of a home anywhere in Baltimore City!*

*Your attendance at Trolley Tour qualifies you to apply for the $5,000 Buying Into Baltimore down payment and closing cost assistance incentive. Attendees can apply for the incentive from Monday, Feb. 9, through Feb. 25. Twenty homebuyers will be selected from a pool of eligible applicants on February 27, 2026, via a lottery process.
