Join us Friday, April 4th, 7-9PM, for a night of punk & alt rock here at Sweat with Julz the Great & Shivva!
Julz has been a staple in the Miami music scene with her band, Soulpax, since 2016, and in 2023 launched her alt rock solo project. Her “diet punk” sound is a fresh twist on classic punk, with a dose of 90’s grunge and a splash of southern rock and prog. Think No Doubt meets Ida Maria, but with her own spin. On the line-up with her are Alex Martinez, DJ Gonzalez, and Gabriel “Garbo” Sariego. Julz has opened for acts like St. Paul and the Broken Bones, Robert Randolph, and The Marshall Tucker Band, and was an NPR Tiny Desk Finalist in 2018. She’s ready to rock stages all over South Florida in 2025.
Event is all ages, snacks and refreshments available.
