Take a break from the cold with some warm stories and songs in a cozy pub environment! For the February edition of Live At London, we've got two excellent performers lined up for you!Casey Joe Collins (from his website):
A steward of the road and a custodian of its tales, Casey Joe Collins maintains the country’s stories. A well-worn guitar and pen & paper are all he needs to chronicle these blacktop novellas. A songwriter’s songwriter, Casey Joe’s songbook is vast, yet polished. A body of work replete with characters, some real and some imagined, as colorful as the tattoos that adorn his working-class hands. Casey Joe Collins delivers the eulogy of the American Dream with passion, to anyone who allows him to bend their ear.
Buz Owen (from his website):
The days are long, but the years are short, and Buz Owen sings about all of it. He's a multi-instrumentalist out of Marshalltown, IA exploring folkways in modern life. His songs concern the worried, the worn, and the satisfactions that help us survive. Although mostly known for his mandolin and clawhammer banjo stylings, you can often find him posted up in the corner of a barroom armed with a guitar and harmonica.
When he's not performing, Buz is writing, recording, or collaborating with other artists - always chasing the next honest song.
With more than 7 releases under his belt, all Buz's albums are written, produced, engineered, and performed by only Buz himself.
