LIVE Adult Mental Health First Aid

What is Mental Health First Aid? MHFA is an early intervention tool that teaches adults how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in other adults and help connect them to appropriate treatments and supports.

There will be several breaks throughout the training.

*Once completed, you will receive a 3-year certification.
