Join us for a well-being workshop that focuses on the law of attraction!
Feeling like you need a pick me up, or well-being strategies to lead a more happy and content life? Join us for this special well-being workshop that focues on Living A Happy and Content Life in this relaxed and discussion based women's well being space with Wendy Rowe.
This is an introductory session. No prior experience needed and materials provided. This workshop is in collaboration with the women's well-being circle that's hosted fortnightly at The Grumpy Cook.
Connect with others, learn hew ways of finding hope and learn a new skill!
About our facilitator:
For ten years Wendy has been learning about the Universal Law of Attraction through the wonderful teachings of Abraham Hicks and putting it into practice in her own life. She is also an expert in teaching other about how to foster posivitity in their lives.

Your workshop ticket gets you:
1.5 hour well-being session to learn tips on how to lead a more positive life style
An opportunity to meet new friends and share skills/life stories.
A chance to ask Wendy any technical/practical/philisophical questions you need to get your practice off the ground.
Snacks and refreshments.

*Our classes are for adults aged 18+ only unless specifiied otherwise. If you need to bring a child with you, we ask that you contact us first to request this.

The building is wheelchair accessible.
There will be a 10 minute break in the middle of the session.
Lighting and sound levels can be adjusted in the space. A chill out space will be provided.
