This is not your typical quiet yoga class! Kids will jump, stretch, wiggle, and laugh their way through Halloween-inspired yoga poses, spooky movement games, and playful breathing exercises. After all the silly, spooky fun, we’ll settle down just enough to create glowing pumpkin suncatchers to take home.✨ Costumes encouraged! ✨ Come dressed as your favorite spooky (or not-so-spooky) character — make sure there’s plenty of space for safe movement and play.
🎁 Each little yogi will leave with their pumpkin craft and a mini goodie bag!
No yoga experience (or calmness!) required — just bring your energy, imagination, and Halloween spirit!
