Yoga for minis! Parents/Guardians, bring your little ones and let's have some fun! Little Yogi & Me classes offer movement, mindfulness tools for both you and your child, and most importantly, a space to connect in a wonderful way. This class is not heated and is designed for children ages 4-7.
Enjoy story telling, movement, and a "breathing buddy" (stuffed toy) for each child during savasana.

Adults $10 (included for L44 members)
Children $10
Every person attending class must be registered (children too).
