Starting in April, I will be offering cacao every Saturday at the park. If you enjoy cacao or have ever been interested in trying it, I encourage you to join me! Your first cup is on me so there is nothing to lose and so much Joy to gain. If you enjoy it enough to come back for more, each subsequent cup will cost $5. You’re also welcome to join me at no cost if you don’t wish to drink cacao. My goal here is to create a community for collective spiritual practice and fun activities. We will always begin with a short meditation while drinking cacao, then move into whatever activities are desired on that day. Examples of potential activities include breathwork, dance, guided meditation, singing, playing music, playing games, or simply having Heart centered conversations 🫶🏼
