About the Speaker:
James is a graduate of Abilene Christian University and Texas Tech University (Civil Engineering). Currently, he is Senior Vice President of Halff Associates, Inc., a regional engineering firm. James has been a member of Rotary since 1996. He has served in many leadership positions, including President of the Rotary Club of West Little Rock (2007-08) and Governor of Rotary District 6150 (2020-21).
