The Lawrence Community Nursery School and OWL-based artist Dave Loewenstein are creating a street mural at the intersection of 7th & Alabama! We have worked with LCNS students, OWL neighbors, and the city to design the mural, get your feedback, get all the permits, and now it is the fun part - time to paint! Come help! We would love the neighborhood to help out! The painting will occur 1-5 PM on Saturday 9/6 and 10 AM-4 PM on Sunday 9/7. Everyone is welcome to come paint at any point in this window. There will be entertainment (fun, games, food truck) so feel free to come hang out for the day.
