We are very excited to bring back our Little Lifts Retreat for people who have received a Little Lifts Box during secondary breast cancer treatment, anywhere in the UK. This retreat is made possible thanks to funds raised by Laura Middleton-Hughes, our amazing Ambassador.What is The Little Lifts Retreat?
A wonderful event that will be an opportunity to connect with others, build community and enjoy a variety of wellness activities.
When and where is it?
Located at the beautiful Sedgeford Hall, Sedgeford, Norfolk. The retreat will take place from the 11th of November to the 13th of November 2025.
What to expect?
The retreat will take place over 3 days and 2 nights. There will be an offering of wellbeing and pampering sessions available throughout the days, as well as access to the swimming pool. The retreat is situated in the lovely Norfolk countryside, so you will be able to walk around the grounds or just curl up with a book and a cuppa if you prefer. All food will be provided during your stay.
A little bit more about the process
We have limited spaces for this retreat (12 people). In order to make this a fair process, we will:
Allow people register their interest and apply.
We will shut applications by midnight on the 25th August or before if we reach our application limit.
People will be notified if they have been successful or on the waitlist by 27th August after a random draw.
We will at this point ask for your non-refundable deposit.
Please note:
* A non-refundable deposit of £35 is required to secure your place. Your place will be held for 5 working days. Payment for this will be due on confirmation of your place.
Why do we ask for a non-refundable deposit? As a small charity we need to safeguard our costs, so we ask for a small donation to secure your place.
*Travel costs are not provided by Little Lifts, but if this cost acts as a barrier to you attending then please contact us to see if we are able to assist.
*Please note all attendees are drawn at random.
*Attendees selected will need to complete additional information questions. This is so that we can offer you the best possible experience, as well as adhering to monitoring, evaluation, and funding requirements.
*If you have been on the Little Lifts Retreat before, currently, you cannot apply to come again, to give opportunities to others.
