Lido’s moms and minis are invited to a complementary stroller sculpt class led by Amanda DeRemer (@thestrolleredit).
This 30 minute class blends stretch, strength, and sculpting and is designed for moms and minis to enjoy together. Whether you’re newly postpartum or just craving movement with your little one, this is your invitation to connect — to your body, your mini, and likeminded moms.
