Terms & Conditions for Little Legends Run
By registering for the Little Legends Run participants and their guardians agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1 The event is open to children aged 4-10 Years
1.2 Participants must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
2. Registration
2.1 Registration is only valid upon receipt of full payment.
2.2 Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.3 All participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Safety and Conduct
3.1 All participants must adhere to the event rules and follow instructions from organizers and volunteers.
3.2 Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children during the event.
3.3 Running shoes and appropriate attire must be worn for safety.
3.4 The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
4. Health and Fitness
4.1 By registering parents or guardians confirm that the child is in good health and physically fit to participate.
4.2 Participants with pre-existing medical conditions must inform the organizers prior to the event.
5. Liability Waiver
5.1 The organizers sponsors and event partners shall not be held liable for any injury illness or loss of property during the event.
5.2 Participation is at the participant's and guardian’s own risk.
6. Event Changes
6.1 The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather safety concerns).
6.2 If the event is rescheduled registrations will automatically roll over to the new date.
7. Media and Photography
7.1 By participating parents or guardians consent to the use of photographs videos and other media taken during the event for promotional purposes.
8. Code of Conduct
8.1 Participants and their families must respect other attendees staff and volunteers.
8.2 Bullying harassment or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.
9. Personal Belongings
9.1 Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizers are not liable for lost or stolen items.
10. Acceptance of Terms
10.1 By completing the registration parents or guardians agree to these terms and conditions.
