Opening Ceremonies will be on Saturday, March 22nd!Please read below carefully to see where you need to be on Saturday morning.
BASEBALL:
Please have your team lined up on the designated field by 8:30AM. WE WILL START MARCHING AT 9AM
We will be marching the kids onto Field 13. This means to take your child to the assigned field and leave them with their coaches while you find a place to watch at Field 13. After the kids march onto the field, then the ceremony will take place.
Please have your child/team at the following fields:
4U T-ball, 5U T-ball, and 6U Baseball: Line up on field 12
7yr & 8 yr old Baseball: Line up on field 11
Minor league Baseball: Line up on field 9
Major League Baseball, and Junior & Senior league: Line up on Field 10
PLAYERS AND COACHES ONLY WHILE LINING UP TO MARCH ONTO FIELD 13. PARENTS WILL NEED TO FIND A SPOT AROUND FIELD 13 TO WATCH THE CEREMONY.
SOFTBALL:
Please have your team lined up on the designated field by 10AM. WE WILL START MARCHING AT 10:30AM
We will be marching kids onto Field 8. This means to take your child to the assigned field and leave them with their coaches while you find a place to watch at Field 8.
Please have your child/team at the following fields:
6u & 8u: Line up on field 7
10u: Line up on field 6
12u, Junior & Senior league: Line up on field 5
PLAYERS AND COACHES ONLY WHILE LINING UP TO MARCH ONTO FIELD 8. PARENTS WILL NEED TO FIND A SPOT AROUND FIELD 8 TO WATCH THE CEREMONY.
