If your little one needs support in expressing their feelings, articulating their needs and regulating their emotions, you've come to the right place! We'll share stories, puppet plays, self-regulation strategies and games that will give your child and you support in navigating those tough moments and days. With additional practice at home your child will develop healthy ways to recognize their feelings, become more self-aware, develop empathy for themselves and others and navigate their sometimes strong emotions. For ages 2-5.
