On January 13, we are swingin' back into the new year with Little Henry & The Laveers!Little Henry & The Laveers are a true 1950s band based right here in San Antonio, TX. Performing jump swing, rockabilly, vintage & modern swing, Little Henry & The Laveers have certainly made a name for themselves in our community. With their high-energy brass section, jiving percussion & sharp performance, they've truly become a fan favorite within our local scene. It's always a pleasure to have this band so if you've never had the chance to experience this band, let alone our Monday Night Swing, this is the perfect night for you! Join us as we welcome 2025 with a brand new year of swing dance!

East Coast 1
???????????: Nick & Emma
???????????: This 6-count dance is where it all starts! This class is available every Monday night. East Coast 1 is perfect if you are new to swing dancing and want to begin your dance journey. This class will cover the main fundamentals of swing dancing such as basic posture, pulsing, weight transferring & core engagement.
East Coast 2
???????????: Torrey & Andrea
???????????: Continue learning at the intermediate level once you have a solid grasp on fundamentals and are confident with your 6 count, this class will introduce more advanced moves.
Shag 1
???????????: Devon & Tracy
???????????: For those starting to learn the basics of this fast-paced 6-count dance, with songs in the 180-200 bpm range.
Collegiate shag is known for its pulse rhythm, danced on the balls of the feet.
NOTE: While these classes are available each week, please know that it takes personal commitment to improve your dancing. This may include self-practice, group practices, or private lessons with instructors. Growth requires pushing your limits & testing your potential. Dance is no exception to this rule. Each of our instructors began at the exact same place as you did!

The San Antonio Fire Fighter's Banquet Hall is located on the access road of West I-10 right next to the ramp that leads down from Medical Drive on the right side.
? PARKING:
The SAFFBH parking can fit up to 100 vehicles. The parking lot is directly outside of the building on the left side. There is also additional parking on the right side.

We have been given permission from the SA Firefighters Association to allow our guests to bring their own alcoholic beverages. Water bottles & sodas will remain for sale.
NOTE: We have the right to deny entry or to escort guests out of the premises if we feel they are above the legal intoxication limit, are disturbing the peace, or are attempting to serve alcohol to minors. Keep in mind that this is still an all-ages event and while we are allowing adults to bring their own beverages we must remind everyone to be responsible and follow the law.
