Epworth Community Services’ Centre for Positive Recovery (CPR) is proud to be collaborating with the National Library Board (NLB) to conduct "Little Hearts, Big Feelings" with Stories, Songs and Crafts. This event aims to help preschoolers learn more about emotions through a reading session, sing-alongs, and interactive games.
Join us for an enriching event tailored to help your child navigate the colourful world of emotions! Through engaging activities, your child will learn about emotional identification and strategies that they can adopt when their emotions become too much to handle. In so doing, your child’s frequency of tantrums is likely to reduce. Their ability to communicate their emotions will also improve, fostering closer parent-child relationships and a happier family overall!
Please note the following:
- All participants should register for a ticket.
- Each ticket admits 1 person only. Parents to register separate tickets for themselves and their children.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult during the session at all times.
- Arrive 10 mins before the session starts. Seats of late attendees will be given to waitlist.
