About this Event
At Little Healers children will be introduced to their inner energy through music, games, yoga, and sacred tools. Each session will begin with inviting all participants to clear their personal energy with smudging. Children will be guided through working with pendulums and crystals to open up their energy centers. We will share feelings with Spirit Stuffies and learn to transmute yucky feelings with water. Storytime will focus on emotions and children will learn mindfulness skills to strengthen self regulation. All families are invited to bring an organic fruit or vegetable to share at our picnic. Adult may join in and kids 4+ may be dropped off.
