Bare trees can tell us a lot about what happened last year. Bird, squirrel, and insect nests, holes in trunks, and missing bark are just a few examples of what can be seen when the leaves are gone. We will hike in search of trees and see what they can tell us about nature. Oakwoods Nature Preserve
