⚰️☠️🎃 August isn't too soon to tell you all about our Halloween party plans , is it? ⚰️☠️🎃I mean you guys need time to prepare and everybody loves the spooky season , right?
This one is open to our group members and their friends 🥰
We’re hosting a spooky, fun-filled Halloween party for children and families, with games, entertainment, and a special murder mystery experience
🎃 Below is everything you need to know so you can be prepared for the evening.
The venue will be transformed into a dark and spooky setting. (And put straight back to the way it was- before the WNWN girls see this and hang me)
A Trick-or-Treat box will greet guests at the door — one box will contain sugar-free lollies, the other will have a fun surprise.
A “crime scene” prop will be part of the murder mystery game and there will be a photo area with props for families to take pictures.
YES PARENTS CAN DRESS UP TOO!!
On arrival, children will be welcomed with the Trick-or-Treat box and given raffle entries.
The evening will start with a surprise show from the volunteers.
Throughout the evening, there will be:
🎃Dunking for apples
🎃Donuts on a string challenge
🎃Zombie toilet roll game
🎃Murder mystery game with live suspects and clues hidden around the room
Prizes will be awarded for:
Scariest costume
Best duo/group costume
Best homemade costume
Correct guess of the murder mystery killer
A tuck shop will sell sweets, crisps, and other treats.
A mocktail bar will serve non-alcoholic Halloween-themed drinks.
Entry tickets are £2.50 per person.
“Lucky Squares” game: £1 per square, with a £50 prize (100 squares available).
Additional Information for Parents
The event will be dark with Halloween-themed decorations — please ensure your child is comfortable with spooky settings.
All games and activities will be supervised by volunteers.
This is a family-friendly event designed for fun, creativity, and community.
Children remain the responsibility of their parent/guardian at all times.
