Last year's LBT was a bit cool so we are heading south to Loxahatchee, Jan. 16-18th 2025.

Only 15 tickets available. Members, the access code is your email address.
Reserve your spot using the form below.

Cost for the trip remains the same at $20 which does not include entry fees, meals, transportation, parking, or hotel .  At this time you should remember to bring your Florida State Park Pass and your America the Beautiful Interagency Pass or Duck Pass.

A detailed itinerary is still in the works but we plan to meet at the Sebastian Inlet at 10am on Thursday Jan. 16th.
(North side   GPS 27.862111, -80.449036) (Surfside Inlet Grill and the Kids Beach parking area - look for the Sebastian Inlet State Park sign) If you are driving south and drive over the inlet you have gone too far.

We are looking at hotspots we assume many have not visited as we did last year.  But we will go to Loxahatchee NWR, Green Cay and Wakodahatchee Wetlands on Friday(all assuming there is time to do ALL...)

We are working with the Martin Audubon and South Florida Water Management District to gain access to the Lakeside Ranch STA on Saturday Jan. 18th.

Only one group dinner for Thursday at
Hive Waterfront Restaurant
2412 Floral Rd., Lake Worth, FL

Plan on a picnic lunch along the way for Thursday, Lunch Friday at Mom's Kitchen in Lake Worth and a picnic lunch on Saturday. (There is a Publix very near the hotel : Publix Super Market at Quantum Village, 1005 Gateway Blvd, Boynton Beach, FL 33426.)

We are staying at the TownePlace Suites Boynton Beach for both nights.  I have spoken with them about reserving a block of rooms and I think we can do better if you reserve your own room as a senior or with a military discount.
