About this Event
Young children are already great scientists without even knowing it – they are inquisitive and curious, keen to learn and discover the world around them!
Little Bang Discovery Club is a fun 4-week program for 3-5 year olds and their parent or carer. It combines everyday objects and experiences with science in a way that both children and adults will thoroughly enjoy.
Monday 5 May 10:30-11:30am - Session 1: Collecting and Classifying
Monday 12 May 10:30-11:30am - Session 2: Measuring and Recording
Monday 19 May 10:30-11:30am - Session 3: Experimenting
Monday 26 May 10:30-11:30am - Session 4: Science Fair
Each child will be issued with a Discovery box with tools and materials to use for investigations.
Please book only 1 ticket per adult and their child. This booking is for the full 4-week program.

To ensure a successful event, please:
- Don't attend if you are unwell
- Let us know if you can’t attend so we can offer your place to someone else
- Let us know if you have any support needs, or if a support person will be coming with you.
Accessibility:
- There is one disabled access carpark available in front of the Ulverstone Library on King Edward Street.
- All day free parking is available on Patrick Street, as well as in the Victoria Street Carpark, Civic Centre Carpark and the Quadrant Carpark. Both Victoria Street Carpark and Quadrant Carpark provide additional disabled access parking.
- An accessible ramp and stairs provide access to the Ulverstone Library via wide automatic doors.
- Ulverstone Library is situated on one level with an accessible bathroom and baby change facility available inside the building.
