Little Art Club provides a transition for young children, ages 3-5, from classes with their adults to independent guided teaching. In this class children learn to find their voice and explore social interactions independent of their caregivers. It's an opportunity for them to work with new materials and real tools and explore their unique creative interests. It encourages imagination, new ideas, and provides children with the opportunity to express those ideas in a safe, nurturing environment.In order to encourage independence, we invite parents to sit in a different area away from the making space and wait until the art show at the end of class to see what the artists have made.
