We’re so excited to offer a Little Aerial Ninjas – School Holiday Series starting next week.This is a 4-week holiday programme, with stand-alone classes, so children can come to one session or join us for all four.
Our kids’ aerial classes offer so much more than just fun (although there’s plenty of that too).
Through these sessions, children will:
• Build full-body strength and improve balance, flexibility and coordination
• Grow confidence by mastering new skills and overcoming challenges in a safe, supportive environment
• Develop body awareness and resilience as they learn to trust their own capabilities
• Explore creativity through playful movement and imagination in the air
• Practise focus, presence and emotional regulation through breath and mindful movement
• Connect with others, building friendships and a sense of belonging
Whether your child is adventurous or a little more reserved, aerial can help unlock inner confidence and a genuine love of movement.

Price: $25 per class or $80 for all 4.
