ANDREA WANG, acclaimed children’s author will discuss how educators can enhance learning in the classroom with diverse storytelling and participant in activities to enhance understanding of the subject.
About the facilitator
Andrea Wang's book, Watercress, was awarded several distinguished literary honors. Her work explores culture, creative thinking, and identity. She is also the author of seven nonfiction titles for the library and school markets. Andrea holds an M.S. in Environmental Science and an M.F.A. in Creative Writing for Young People. She lives in Colorado with her family.
