Carve or decorate a literature-inspired pumpkin for a chance to win! Age categories are: 5-8, 9-12, 13-17, and 18+. Two winners in each category will be chosen—a “Staff Favorite” picked by FRCL staff and a “Public Favorite” determined by public vote. Prizes will be awarded! To enter the competition, send a photo of your pumpkin to [email protected] along with the name/age of the maker as well as the name of the book/character that inspired your creation. Submissions are due by October 23 and public voting will take place from October 24-30 on the library’s Facebook page. Winners will be announced on October 31.
