The great pianist and entertainer, Charles Chen will present never-before-heard cleaned up recordings of the Hot Five, with Lil Hardin's piano playing featured prominently! This promises to be engaging for jazz fans and musicians alike.

Charles says, "I've always been curious about what Lil was actually doing but it's impossible to hear the piano from the original." He took action, and with the help of technology, was able to not only highlight the piano in the recordings, but also create transcriptions! Don't miss this!
