The Indy Action Coalition is a new local effort working alongside the Validus Movement and the Black Church Coalition under the umbrella of Live Free Indiana. Together, the three groups are focused on working with local policy makers on a wide range of social justice issues.Just this year, the coalition helped secure $20 million in city funding for gun violence reduction, clinician led community response, and housing initiatives. Now, we're moving into our next cycle of projects - and that starts with listening.
What's a listening session?
It's a space for community members to share what issues matter most to them. NO homework, no prep - just bring our ideas and voice.
This is about neighbors shaping the priorities that directly affect all of us, and I'd love for you to be a part of it.
