The weekend is a journey in 3 parts that you will experience during the high energy days just before Thanksgiving and the winter Holiday season. Fully ground yourself, center your energy, and practice self care before what is often a difficult time of year to hold your personal vibration.

We will use tools such as yoga, meditation, pole dancing, creative movement, and journaling to peel away the layers of your above-ground identity and learn how to more clearly listen to the messages of your body and your inner intuition.
The schedule includes Yoga and Pole Dancing workshops, however no previous experience is needed. The focus is on intuitive movement, finding your inner dance, rather than technical skills.
