About this Event
We are in a time where action is required by HMPPS to respond to racial disparity and support staff as it strives towards equality and inclusion in the workplace. The overall aim is that those attending the conference will leave with confidence that these issues are being, heard and addressed.
The conference aim is to reassure attendees that HMPPS and RISE network are not just seen to be speaking about change but doing what is necessary to support the implementation of change.
This will also require RISE members and Allies to take individual responsibility and become agents of change.
During the Event we will have an interactive part for guests to take part in a challange so please carry your phone - Wifi access will be sort for all taking part in the challenge.
