Our next ABA Connect & Share morning will be held on Thursday 14 August. Mums, babies, toddlers and support people are all welcome.This month's topic will be: Sustaining breastfeeding with local support. Please join us at 10am in the downstairs meeting room at the newly refurbished Lismore Library on Magellan Street. We operate on mother and baby time - so just arrive when you can.
We’ll be starting with a few minutes of breathing and yoga stretches for mums so if you’d like to join in with that, please wear comfortable clothes.
Remember that although the session topic may not seem relevant to your current situation you can still enjoy time chatting with other mums and talking with a counsellor about breastfeeding concerns on any topic.
And you don’t need to be breastfeeding. You can support other mums who may learn from hearing about your experiences.
We ask you to continue to follow covid-safe practices of regular hand washing and staying away from gatherings when you or your child are sick.
