We are very excited to announce that the incredibly talented and very gorgeous LISETTE KROL will be coming to Addictive Fitness in Coleshill, West Midlands on Saturday 27th September 2025.Lisette Krol is a Polé and Aerial Artist/Athlete, born in Venezuela and based in Ireland for over 20 years. She is a three time World Pole Champion and the owner, and lead instructor at. Tribe Fitness Dance Studio in Dublin.
She has 12 years experience in pole and aerial arts. In 2022, she won the TV Talent Show The Big Deal. She is part of the cast for the renowned show Wake by This is Pop Baby and have performed for artists like Snoop Dog.
From a young age, Lisette was a competitive swimmer and loved sports. This passion for sports, dance and the arts led to her discovering Pole Art, Aerial Art and Acro, though she did not know at the time how this love would change her life and become her career.
She studied Marketing & Fitness and is dedicated to furthering her studies, researching and learning about her sport and her art every day.
We are hosting 3 workshops with Lisette, each workshop is £50 per person and will last 90 minutes. You can attend as many as you wish 😊
WORKSHOPS:
12pm – 1.30pm POWER POLE - 90 min
Unlock your strength and elevate your skills with this high-energy workshop! Dive into powerful tricks, seamless transitions, and dynamic combos while building the strength and technique needed for fundamental power moves.
Lisette is known for her impressive muscle-ups and deadlifts-you'll explore essential drills and conditioning techniques to master power tricks with control and confidence.
Perfect for those looking to refine their strength-based pole skills, challenge their limits, and level up their power game!
1.45PM – 3.15pm MAGNETIC HEELS CHOREO - 90 min
Immerse yourself in the art of pole in heels, mastering fluid transitions that showcase grace, control, and refined technique. This workshop focuses on captivating, dynamic combinations and floorwork, effortlessly blending those fierce leg and body movements to amplify your musicality and flow. Move with confidence and embrace your power.
This session invites you to explore your unique style while building strength, control, and self-expression in a supportive, empowering environment.
3.45pm – 5.15pm FLOWING CIRCLES (AERIAL HOOP) - 90 min
Imagine, soaring through the air with grace and artistry! Flowing Circles unlocks the secrets of fluid transitions and breath-taking shapes, transforming your aerial practice into a mesmerizing flow. In this workshop, Lisette will share her latest innovative choreography, designed to elevate your movement and ignite your creativity.
Discover seamless entries, dynamic pathways, and effortless exits as you explore the endless possibilities of strops and the top bar.
PAYMENT:
To secure your place on any of these workshops, please pay £25 deposit to Karen in the studio or papal to karengaunt192@gmail, we will then collect the other £25 by 27th August. NO BOOKINGS WILL BE HELD without deposits.
