Join us for an inspiring monthly hike in Lisbon, dedicated to supporting men's mental health!
We'll start at the Callisthenics park, where we'll gather for a brief introduction. From there, we'll embark on a group hike up through the Monsanto bike path to the top, take in the views, some breath-work, meditation and some boxing pad-work (for anyone who fancies it) and back down to Parque Eduardo . It usually takes about 2-3 hours.
This walk is not just about the steps we take but the conversations we share and the support we show for each other. Whether you're walking to support a friend, family member, or for your own well-being, your presence makes a difference.
Let's come together to break the stigma around men's mental health and encourage open conversations. Let's walk together and make a statement: it's okay to talk about mental health.
Together, we can make a difference.
FYI - This is now a monthly event and we encourage you all to invite people along who you think will benefit from some exercise, company and fresh air.
