LiquidStoryteller Project: MD Wine Month--MD Women in Wine

Every year, it seems the Maryland wine industry is making exponential strides in the field of wine and viticulture. It's no longer just about sweet wines or fruit added beverages. Our vineyards are more diverse than ever with Blaufrankish, Albarino, Zweigelt, Chenin Blanc and many new varieties standing side by side with old stalwarts like Cabernet Franc, Chambourcin and Vidal Blanc. Join us for a celebration of Maryland wine led by two of the youngest winemakers in Maryland; Rachel Lipman of Loew Vineyards and Melissa Aellen of Simple Theory. Nick Materese of Siema Wines will moderate this guided tasting alongside our panelists. Your admission ticket includes a wine flight and assorted snacks. Additional mezze/antipasti plates may be purchased in the add-ons section.
