A Night Trail under African Skies! This is a majestic venue located on the banks of the Crocodile River & right on your door-step. It’s a privately-owned game reserve so you get to explore over 1000-hectares of wilderness. You’ll traverse across both Lion & Safari Park as well as Mountain View to experience an abundance of wildlife on foot. Experience the thrill of traversing the Game Reserve in the evening with several paths being lit by hundreds of lanterns whilst you'll hear the cries of the Jackal and the roar of the Lions.Route: As there are no extreme climbs or immensely difficult terrain, Wild Africa Experiences have rated the route a 3/5 (5 being the most difficult). Note the routes will vary from our daylight trails at this venue and are largely kept to main jeep tracks / gravel road. Both walkers/runners are welcome as we cater for all fitness levels.
Entry Includes: Finisher Medal (a branded glass followed by a complimentary ice cold Craft Beer after the trail) fully stocked water-points, exclusive access to well-marked trails, trail fees, game rangers on route, medical support, boma style pop up restaurant & full bar onsite along with a bon fire or two adding to a true Wild African Experience!
Note: Whilst the routes are different to that of our daylight trails and largely on jeep track, head torches are mandatory for all walkers & runners.
