1. What if I need a medical procedure?
If you need to cut off your piece for any reason, you can do so at the jump ring where it’s welded together and I will put it back on at anytime with no cost to you!
2. What is your refund policy?
Linx & Lox does not offer refunds but there is a lifetime warranty on all pieces. Permanent jewelry is permanent but not indestructible. I will fix your piece at anytime for free as long as you have the original chain.
