About this Event
Join me in my art studio to have some fun learning how to design, cut out and print a set of greetings cards or art prints using lino printing.
You will be invited to draw an animal of your choice from a picture, then inspired to complete the design with patterns and motifs. If you have another idea for a design that's fine too, I'll guide you to adapt it into a lino cut.
You'll have use of all the materials and equipment required to make your own set of A6 sized cards or A5 art prints (or a mixture) to give to people for Christmas or other occasions. You will leave with the knowledge of how to create a lino print, your cards/prints and your lino cut which you can re use.

Pre-booking is essential and spaces are limited to 8, book early to avoid disappointment.
There will be teas, coffee and biscuits available. Feel free to bring your own snacks.
Suitable for any experience level, you'll be taught everything you need to know. This activity requires a steady hand and manual dexterity so certain conditions/disabilities may affect your ability to take part. Contact me if you are unsure.
