Linked-in Training Session with MNP Accounting & Consulting Nanaimo

The Business Students’ Association (BSA) at Vancouver Island University is hosting an engaging LinkedIn Training Session in collaboration with MNP Accounting and Consulting on Tuesday, November 18, from 5:00–6:30 PM in Building 250, Room 125.

Led by Abbie Vomacka, Regional Marketing Coordinator at MNP, the session guided students through strategies to enhance their professional presence on LinkedIn. Attendees learned how to optimize their profiles, expand their networks, and leverage LinkedIn’s tools to support career growth in business and accounting.

Abbie also provided insights into what recruiters look for when evaluating LinkedIn profiles and offered personalized tips for improving engagement and visibility. Following the presentation, students had the opportunity to ask questions and connect directly with Abbie for one-on-one advice.
