Lingerie-Making Workshop Series 2: Create Custom Bralette

Join us for a special two-part Lingerie-Making Workshop series where you’ll create beautiful, custom-fit lingerie from your favorite materials. Perfect as a Valentine’s Day gift for yourself or a romantic surprise for someone you love, this workshop will guide you in making stunning, comfortable pieces tailored to your measurements.

Workshop Schedule:

& Part 2 are two seperate events. If you want to attend both please buy a ticket for each event.

Part 1: Underwear (Panties) – Saturday, February 1

• Learn to craft custom panties that fit perfectly, using a custom pattern based on your usual size and adjusted to your measurements. Patterns will be provided!

Part 2: Bralette (Bra) – Saturday, February 8

• Create a beautiful bralette designed for comfort and style, also custom-made to your measurements.

What’s included:

• Sewing patterns for panties and/or bralettes. You can take home the sewing pattern to use at home after the workshop.

• A selection of natural, high-quality materials, including cotton or silk.

• Step-by-step guidance and professional techniques to bring your designs to life.

What you’ll leave with:

• A finished custom-fit lingerie pieces (panties and/or bralette).

• The confidence and skills to create more lingerie on your own.

Important Notes:

• Suitable for beginner-intermediate sewists. Participants should have experience using a sewing machine and cutting fabric.

What you’ll need to do before the workshop:

• Submit your usual panties size and bra size when signing up. This will allow me to prepare your custom base patterns in advance.

• Choose a color you like: black, red, beige, or grey.

* No refund is given for any missed classes in the course. It is your responsibility to come to each class. If a class needs to be missed you can communicate with your teacher to help catch you up on the project from home before our next class.

Hi there! I’m Julia Medeiros, a seasoned professional in the world of apparel. 

With over 20 years of experience under my belt (yes, I started early!) I've honed my skills as a tailor, pattern maker, and sewing technologist. Specializing in women’s clothing, and utilizing my One Fitting method, I’ve brought countless unique garments to life, turning my clients’ visions into reality. I have deep experience with teaching sewing classes around the world I am excited to bring my expertise to The Nest.
